SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY:

  • NO REFUNDS will be offered on sale or regular priced items. All items (sale and regular priced) purchased online can be returned for an IN STORE CREDIT NOTE or EXCHANGE.
  • Return items must be unworn and unaltered, with original tags attached, accompanied by your purchase receipt.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • At this time we are only accepting exchanges in-store within 14 days of purchase.
  • Returns must be mailed back to our store address or during curb-side pickup hours for exchange or store credit only. 

The shipping rates and terms for orders shipped within the United States are as followed:

  • $30 CAD flat rate - Regular shipping only. 
  • US orders are final sale. 
  • We are not responsible for duties and taxes.

    FREE Ground shipping within Canada on orders over $150 (before applicable taxes). 3-6 business days (approx) Tracking provided

    PLEASE NOTE: 

    Our online shop is an extension of our brick and mortar shop. On occasion, an item may appear to be available online but has sold in store. We do our best to ensure that all items online are available in stock, however, sometimes inventory discrepancies do occur and an item may in fact be sold out.  In the event that this happens, we will notify you within 24 hours and a refund will be processed if we cannot satisfy your order.

    Under normal business circumstances, orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. Orders received on weekdays after 5pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

    In today's current climate, some delays in shipping may occur due to unforeseen circumstances and so we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience while we consistently work to get your order to you.

    You will be notified by email once your order has shipped along with your tracking info.
