- At this time we cannot process gift certificates/cards or credit notes for online purchases.

*Please note: Our online shop is an extension of our brick and mortar shop. On occasion, an item may appear to be available online but has sold in store. We do our best to ensure that all items online are available in stock, however, rarely inventory discrepancies do occur and an item may in fact be sold out. In the event that this happens, we will notify you within 24 hours and a refund will be processed if we cannot satisfy your order.
Under normal business circumstances, orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. Orders received on weekdays after 3pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
In today's current climate, some delays in shipping may occur due to unforeseen circumstances and so we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience while we consistently work to get your order to you.
You will be notified by email once your order has shipped along with your tracking info.
During this time, for your convenience, we are waiving all standard shipping fees within Canada. Should you have any questions, our dedicated Customer Service team remains available to assist you via email at email@example.com

Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we are not accepting returns via Canada post as the store is closed and there is no one there to receive parcels.
Once it is safe to reopen, we have extended the return policy to 2 weeks for store credit or exchange (no refunds).
- If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer an exchange or Credit Note within 14 days of reopening the store. You can either exchange the item for another or we will issue an in-store Credit Note (not including the cost of shipping). Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.
- Returned items must be unworn and unaltered, with original tags attached, accompanied by your purchase receipt.
- Please contact us by email or phone here within 14 days of receiving your order to further discuss how the return process works.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All sale merchandise is final sale.
- All Intimates are final sale.
- US orders are final sale.
- At this time we are only accepting exchanges in-store within 14 days of purchase/ store reopening. (no refunds).
